All purchases made through Mawla.shop are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
To avoid sizing issues, we strongly encourage customers to refer to the detailed size charts displayed on each product page before placing an order.
2. Exchanges For Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it.
To be eligible for an exchange:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the damage along with your order number.
Exchanges are subject to availability and must be approved by our support team before any items are sent back.
3. How to Initiate an Exchange:
Email info@mawla.shop with your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief explanation.
Once approved, we’ll share further instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or in error.
